Service Center Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Lead of the Domain Centre Circle including line management of one employee 
  • Management of the Springfield entity in the UK (incl. commercial services, compliance, accounting, website, brand etc.) 
  • Responsibility for the Domain processes and administrative systems (consultant pool, consultancy planning, coordination of the annual planning and reporting processes) 
  • Ensure an efficient and effective domain organization and collaboration (including meeting organization) 
  • Co-Responsibility for all finance queries regarding project budgets, contracts, time keeping, and invoicing 
  • Tracking of domain level tasks/projects, following up on open tasks and deliverable responsibilities where appropriate, in coordination with the BD coordinator  
  • Ensure that the Domain Head and Circle teams are provided with effective administrative and organizational support 
  • Responsibility for the project administration, project management and systems development in the domain (including preparation and development of standards, tools, guidelines and processes and project management tool) 
  • Support of the development and distribution of domain-wide communication 

 

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in international cooperation, economics, business administration or similar. 
  • Minimum 10 years working experiences in international cooperation, finance management, accounting or similar fields.  
  • Proven track-record in international cooperation including project management 
  • Proven track record in finance management and accounting 
  • Experiences in developing, implementing and coordinating (new) organizational processes 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills 
  • Consultancy experiences is a strong asset 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Very fast comprehension skills and networked thinking 
  • High flexibility and agility. 
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and hands-on mentality  
  • Excellent language skills - Fluency in English
  • Tech-savvy and natural affinity working with technology 
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office 365 applications.
