Tasks

  • ICT first-level support (hardware/software, Windows only environment) and partially second-level support at the Zurich head office, organisation and management of the ticketing system
  • Access and roles management for various applications
  • Develop, monitoring and support the implementation of digital business processes and interfaces, mainly based on Microsoft solutions such as Sharepoint, Powerautomate, Azure, MS Forms
  • Collaboration in our project team to develop, implement and rollout a new CRM system based upon MS Dynamics
  • In mid-term main contact person for the MS Dynamics 365 application for: Incident -, problem -, change -, access- and release management, test management. monitoring configuration and documentation of the application
  • Ensuring training and knowledge transfer, MS Dynamics 365 to Global Office and to the regions (onsite and offsite support)

Requirements

  • Vocational education in ICT and at least 2 years of professional experience or corresponding degree from a university of applied sciences/technical college/university
  • Experienced in Windows 10, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
  • Initial experience in MS Dynamics 365 and willingness to undergo further training for this application
  • Initial experience in Sharepoint, Azure, Exchange, Powerautomate, Microsoft Forms is desirable
  • Experiences in our ERP system Abacus is an advantage
  • Quick comprehension, with a high degree of initiative and good problem-solving skills in an innovative and dynamic environment
  • Proactive, independent and solution-oriented approach to work and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in an international environment is an advantage
  • Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken), knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage
