Our Tourism Advisory Services (TAS) team is offering expert advise in the field of sustainable tourism development to external and internal parties. Our team is managed out of the head office in Zurich but operates globally.

Tasks

  • Support TAS market development and project implementation:
    • Compilation of administrative documents and preparation of contractual agreements
    • Elaboration of financial offers as per different customers’ requirements
    • Financial management, project accounting and bookkeeping
  • Business administration and administrative support:
    • Further development of business administration tools, templates and processes
    • Interface management between project accounting and organizational accounting
    • Expense management and TAS overall quarterly budget closures
    • Elaboration of performance statistics and progress reporting, in collaboration with the finance department
    • Documentation and filing, formatting in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship with further training in finance and accounting and/or higher technical college and/or higher specialist training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the project administration, incl. project financial management, project budget design and cost calculations
  • Knowledge of financial, administrative and contractual needs for procurement in development cooperation
  • Proficiency in MS-Office 365. Excellent Excel skills indispensable. Affinity for numbers.
  • Proficiency in English indispensable, German and Spanish/French desired
  • Interest in the nexus sustainable tourism development and international development cooperation
  • Organisational talent, outstanding multitasker and joy in coordination and administration tasks
  • Proactive, independent and solution-oriented approach. Flexibility in time management.
  • Team player with fast comprehension, goal-oriented communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
