Tasks

• Delivery of technical backstoppings to project teams in the area of MRM
• Support the development of MRM Advisory service offer and delivery of MRM Advisory services for external clients
• Ensuring data quality in the aggregation process of Swisscontact’s global results and impact
• Developing and maintaining MRM resources, tools and training material accompanying Swisscontact’s internal MRM Guidelines
• Support the organisation of events in the MRM Community of Practice (CoP)
• Participation in networking events

Requirements

• University or technical college degree in a relevant field (Social Science, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in MRM/ MEL/ M&E, in progressively more senior roles
• Professional experience in Advisory and Consultancy work preferred
• Experience with capacity building
• Experience in project implementation in the field of development cooperation preferred
• Experience in data base management, mobile data collection, PowerBI, PowerApps preferred
• Business fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages (French, Spanish) are an advantage
