Thomas Bergen got his business and economics degree from the University of St. Gallen and was vice president of Migrosbank, the fifth largest bank in Switzerland. Since 1999, he is co-founder and CEO of getAbstract, a multinational company that provides compressed business knowledge to managers around the world.
In 2016 Thomas joined Swisscontact’s Committee of the Board of Trustees. Thomas supports businesses in their start-up phase and engages as lecturer on business relevant topics at diverse institutions and conferences, such as the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Arthur Bolliger, a Swiss citizen born in 1948, has been with the Maerki Baumann Group, Zurich, for almost a quarter of a century. From 1989 – 2008 as CEO Maerki Baumann Private Bank and from 2009 to 2011 as Chairman of its subsididary InCore Bank AG. Bolliger retired a the end of 2011. Today, he is a non-executive board member of a number of financial and industrial companies, e.g. Banque Cramer & Cie SA, Geneva, Klingelnberg AG, Zurich and a Family Office. He is also committed as a trustee to Swisscontact, and as member oft he Advisory Board oft he Zurich University oft he Fine Arts.
Bolliger is a member of CEO (Chief Executives’ Organization) and of Rotary. His hobbies include modern literature, art, history and classical music. His mother tongue is German. He also speaks English, French, Italian and has some knowledge of Spanish.

Anna Crole-Rees is a member of the executive Board of Swisscontact since October 2007.
She worked as head of Department «Rural Development, Markets and International Cooperation» and member of the management team at Agridea, Lausanne. Prior to that, she held senior positions at CRC4change, a consultancy firm active in international development, at Agroscope as head of a research programm and Prometerre as head of Department. She is also a lecturer at ETHZ on development economics. She holds a Dr. es natural sciences from the Swiss Federal lnstitute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ), Switzerland, a MSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Reading, England and a Diploma in Change Management from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.

Heinrich M. Lanz became President of the Board of Trustees of Swisscontact in 2012. Since beginning of 2016 he is a member of the Consultative Commission on International Cooperation, an extra-parliamentary committee consulting the Federal Council in matters of Switzerland’s International Cooperation activities. Heinrich Lanz is also member of various Boards of Directors in mid-sized industrial companies. Before taking early retirement in 2009 he was Group CEO of Conzzeta, a stock-listed industrial conglomerate. He received his management education at IMD Lausanne, holds a Post-Graduate degree in International Development from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and a Master degree in Electrical Engineering from ETH.

Christoph Lindenmeyer, Dr. iur., MBA INSEAD; born in Switzerland in 1953.
He has been active in Swiss Economic Politics for many years and he is Chairman of the International Economic Relations Commission of economiesuisse, Vice Chairman of Swissmem (Association of the Machining Industry), Member of the Executive Committee of the Swiss Innovation Park and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Swisscontact. Professionally Christoph joined the Schindler Group in 1983 and held many different positions since, among others CFO North America and President EMIA, which includes India. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Schindler Management AG. He is also Chairman of the Board of three other Swiss Corporations, among others of the Ammann Group, which is present in India with Ammann Apollo India. Christoph is married and has two sons. He lives in Zug Switzerland.
