Since scalability and sustainability are two aspects that are at the core of Swisscontact implementation, the HTI Component has subcontracted a Swiss consortium formed by EHLsmile and Tailored Values in order to develop, deliver and manage the training of a second batch of Master Instructors in Swiss Hospitality. The training will last four full months (January until April 2018) and will be conducted at Hotel Esperado in Yangon. Ten new Master Instructors have been selected by Swisscontact to take part in this training. These professionals are all Myanmar nationals with strong hospitality skills gained in-country and abroad. In addition, two officials from the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism (MoHT), two representatives from the Myanmar Responsible Tourism Institute (MRTI) and two from the Myanmar Tourism Human Resources Development Association (MTHRDA) have also been invited to join.
